The Sporting Director is the lead architect of the DPL’s competitive and developmental programming, serving as the primary soccer-specific leader of the platform. Reporting to the League Manager, this role oversees technical standards, ensures competitive integrity across league and event play, and supports the development of players, coaches, and clubs.

 

The Sporting Director manages all soccer operations including team event seedingclub compliance, and technical outreach. This individual is responsible for the direction and delivery of the DPL PERFORM Program and oversees College ID Clinics. This position also serves as the key liaison to Conference Representatives and Club Technical Directors nationwide.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for all DPL Conference Reps and Member Clubs.
  • Lead event seeding and bracketing for showcases, championships, and national events.
  • Oversee the DPL PERFORM Program — including scouting, player selection, and international team travel coordination.
  • Coordinate College ID Clinics, managing coach outreach, communication, and event operations.
  • Maintain competitive integrity and technical standards across all league and event platforms.
  • Participate in club evaluations and onboarding for prospective new member clubs.
  • Represent the DPL at key events, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media partners to highlight the league.
  • Provide clear reporting and communication to the League Manager and Board of Directors.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • USSF A License or equivalent advanced coaching certification
  • Strong national network in women’s college soccer and elite youth platforms
  • 10+ years of experience in coaching or technical leadership

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Registrar (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a Full-Time Registrar to oversee all aspects of club, team, and player registration across the league.

This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless registration processes, database management, and administrative support for DPL member clubs.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the youth soccer landscape, including leagues and sanctioning bodies such as USSSA, as well as proficiency in key digital tools used by the league.

 

Position Overview

  • Title: League Registrar
  • Reports To: League Development Manager & Board of Directors
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Based on experience.
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Flexible but must be available during key registration periods and for league meetings.

 

The League Registrar will manage the league’s registration processes, oversee compliance, and serve as the primary contact for club administrators needing support. This role requires advanced knowledge of the U.S. youth soccer landscape, including club structures, league affiliations, and player registration policies. Candidates should also be proficient in Slack, Asana, and HubSpot CRM, which are used for league communications, task management, and member relations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Registration Management & Compliance

  • Administer all club, team, coach, and player registrations within the GotSport system.
  • Ensure compliance with league and sanctioning body requirements.
  • Process player transfers, club affiliation requests, and roster updates.
  • Oversee the production and digital access/distribution of player ID cards and league credentials.

 

Club & Member Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for registration inquiries from clubs.
  • Provide guidance on league policies, rules, and best practices related to registration.
  • Offer training and support for club administrators using GotSport and other registration platforms.
  • Assist with tournament roster verification and event-related registration needs.

 

Data Management & Reporting

  • Track and report on registration trends and participation metrics.
  • Work with the League Development Manager to improve efficiency in registration processes.
  • Assist in marketing and communications efforts related to registration deadlines and procedures.

 

General Administrative Support

  • Utilize Slack, Asana, and HubSpot CRM to manage tasks, track inquiries, and communicate with clubs and league staff.
  • Collaborate with the DPL leadership team to support league initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of league events and showcases.
  • Attend league meetings as needed to provide registration updates.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of the U.S. youth soccer landscape, including league structures, club operations, and sanctioning bodies such as USSSA, US Club Soccer, and U.S. Youth Soccer.
  • Experience in youth sports administration, preferably in a league or club setting.
  • Proficiency with GotSport or similar sports registration platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Slack, Asana, and HubSpot CRM for communication and task management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

League Administrator – GA Aspire

ABOUT THE ROLE

The League Administrator for GA Aspire plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of league play. This position serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling and game management, and is responsible for upholding game-day standards, overseeing scorekeeping, and resolving scheduling conflicts in GotSport.

 

Success in this role requires strong communication, exceptional organization, and a service-first mindset. The League Administrator works directly with conference leads, club administrators, and Aspire staff to deliver a consistent, professional game-day experience and ensure league operations run smoothly.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary scheduling contact for all Aspire league games, managing timelines, field availability, and match confirmations with clubs and conferences.
  • Uphold and enforce game-day standards and protocols, ensuring consistent execution across regions.
  • Monitor and manage score reporting, including validation and entry of match results in GotSport.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and reschedules, addressing issues quickly and professionally.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for real-time, weekend game-related issues.
  • Build and maintain seasonal league calendars and master schedules in collaboration with Aspire leadership.
  • Support clubs and conferences in navigating GotSport, providing troubleshooting and guidance as needed.
  • Track and report scheduling trends or repeated issues to identify long-term solutions.
  • Assist with end-of-season review processes and league-wide scheduling audits.

 

REQUIRED TOOLS & SYSTEMS PROFICIENCY

 

Proficiency in the following platforms is critical to this role:

  • HubSpot CRM – for communication tracking, workflows, and club interactions
  • Slack – for real-time internal team collaboration and communication
  • Asana – for task management, project timelines, and operational checklists
  • GotSport – for all scheduling, scorekeeping, and club compliance operations

Sporting Director – GA Aspire

The Sporting Director for GA Aspire is responsible for leading all technical aspects of the Aspire platform. This role reports directly to the League Manager and serves as the technical liaison to clubs, overseeing club outreach, programming quality, and player development alignment.

 

This position leads the design and execution of Aspire’s Player ID Program, organizes and manages College ID Clinics, and coordinates the Player Advisory Panel to ensure the athlete perspective is a cornerstone of Aspire’s evolving impact. The Sporting Director also plays a critical role in event seedingclub evaluations, and delivering innovative developmental opportunities aligned with the GA’s mission.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the technical lead and liaison for GA Aspire Clubs and Technical Staff.
  • Direct all components of the Aspire Player ID Program – from talent identification to event execution.
  • Plan and oversee College ID Clinics, including college coach communication, event staffing, and logistics.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Player Advisory Panel, helping integrate player insights into Aspire programming.
  • Manage event team seeding and assist with the structure of national and regional Aspire events.
  • Support the identification and integration of new club programs into Aspire.

League Compliance Officer – GA Aspire

ABOUT THE ROLE

The League Compliance Officer is a key role within the GA Aspire platform, responsible for ensuring that all participating clubs and coaches operate within the frameworks and standards established by the league. This position will monitor and manage compliance matters, respond to member feedback and formal complaints, and work closely with league leadership to assess and take action when standards are not being met.

 

The Compliance Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for compliance issues, engaging directly with club administrators, technical staff, and coaches. This role plays a vital part in upholding the integrity of the Aspire platform and ensuring consistent accountability across all conferences.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure club and coach compliance with the GA Aspire frameworks and operational standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all club and coach-related feedback, concerns, and complaints regarding league standards.
  • Receive, review, and track compliance issues and formal complaints, maintaining detailed records and communication logs.
  • Collaborate with the League Manager and Aspire leadership to assess issues and determine the appropriate level of response.
  • Activate and submit compliance tickets to the Girls Academy compliance team when action or review is required.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to clubs on maintaining compliance and understanding league expectations.
  • Participate in internal compliance reviews and reporting processes to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Help identify patterns of non-compliance and recommend strategies for resolution or prevention.
  • Support seasonal reviews of club performance relative to compliance metrics.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & SYSTEMS PROFICIENCY

  • Strong working knowledge of youth soccer operations, club structures, and coach expectations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience managing and resolving member complaints or standards-based violations
  • Comfortable with conflict resolution, impartial judgment, and delivering constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with the GA compliance process and Aspire league structure is preferred
