Carefully selected based on competitive merit throughout the 2024/25 season, these teams represent the very best of the DPL and DPLO platforms.
In Group A, undefeated powerhouse Inter Atlanta FC leads the field. Their dominant 18-0-0 season, combined with a goals-against average of just 0.50, makes them an early favorite. They’re joined by Rebels SC IE, who have shown tremendous defensive discipline with just 0.40 goals conceded per match, as well as Colorado Rush East and Central Washington Sounders (CWS)—both respected programs known for their work ethic and consistent form.
Group B features another collection of top-tier talent, including Chicago Rush, who went undefeated this season, and Florida Rush, whose balanced approach on both ends of the field makes them a serious contender. Sand and Surf SC, with one of the most explosive attacks in the league, and Augusta Arsenal, known for their grit and depth, round out a group that may produce several of the tournament’s most competitive fixtures.
In Group C, Ginga FC stands out with a near-perfect 16-0-1 record and a well-rounded attack and defense. They are joined by 956 United, a team praised for its tactical discipline, City SC San Diego, who consistently find results in tight matches, and Phoenix Premier FC, one of the more unpredictable sides in the field.
Group D is headlined by Rangers FC, who lead all participating teams in goals scored with over 6.6 per game, and boast the tournament’s top goal differential. They are joined by ALBION SC Boulder County, a team with a strong defensive track record, Metro Alliance FC, and James Island Youth SC (JIYSC), the lone DPLO representative, who bring with them a 15-0-1 season and a well-balanced roster.
The top team from each group will advance to the semifinals on Saturday, with the championship match scheduled for Sunday, June 29. With national rankings, undefeated streaks, and standout individual talents all converging in one place, the DPL U13 Super Group National Final is expected to serve as a showcase for the future of elite girls soccer in the United States.
Championship-Level Talent on Display at 2025 DPL U13 Finals
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The 2025 DPL U13 Championship Division will feature a deep field of emerging programs set to compete for national honors at the DPL Finals, taking place June 24–29 at the National Sports Center. Drawn from both the DPL and DPLO tiers, this year’s Championship level features a highly competitive set of 12 teams split across three groups, each bringing a track record of performance and growth over the course of the season.
Group A is led by Arizona Soccer Club, who posted a 7-1-2 record during the regular season, supported by 3.6 goals scored per game. They are joined by Houston Rangers, a defensively organized team with strong results throughout their DPL campaign, and Orlando City SC Lake Nona (OCLN), a technical side that earned 31 points from 16 matches. Carolina Velocity FC, representing the DPLO, adds an exciting wildcard element after finishing the season with a 12-4-0 record and averaging four goals per match.
Group B presents a similar level of parity. WW SURF brings one of the most productive attacks in the division with 5.4 goals per game and 13 wins on the season. NEFC Central finished with 12 wins and a +2.18 goal differential, while Tormenta FC delivered consistent results over an 18-match schedule. Rounding out the group is Colorado Rapids (CR) DPLO, a top-tier DPLO program with an 11-1-0 record and one of the league’s lowest goals-against averages.
Group C may be the most unpredictable of the three. Florida United enters with an 11-2-3 record and a sturdy back line, while Lou Fusz Athletic (LFA) Blue Star Premier offers solid experience across a long season. Two DPLO powers—Inland Surf and RSL EP—bring pedigree and consistency, with Inland Surf going undefeated in 13 matches while scoring over five goals per game and conceding less than one.
Each group’s top team will advance to the semifinal stage on Saturday, June 28, with the championship match to be played Sunday morning. While many eyes are focused on the Super Group division, the Championship level features numerous teams ranked among the top 25 nationally—according to the 2025 DPL National Rankings and DPLO Rankings. These squads may not have the perfect records of their Super Group peers, but their blend of technical ability, competitive grit, and tactical maturity ensures they will challenge for the title.
With meaningful representation from both league tiers, the DPL U13 Championship bracket serves as a proving ground for clubs on the rise—and a chance for players to step into the national spotlight.
