Elite U14 Teams Prepare for DPL Super Group Showdown in Minneapolis


MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The U14 Super Group at the 2025 DPL Finals promises to be one of the most tightly contested competitions of the season, bringing together sixteen of the nation’s top-performing clubs. Held at the National Sports Center, the event showcases four groups of powerhouse programs from across the country, with a semifinal berth at stake for each group winner.


In Group A, eyes will be on Ginga FC, who enter as one of the highest-ranked teams in the age group after a strong season highlighted by clinical finishing and disciplined defense. They’ll face tough competition from Sting Soccer ClubLFA Blue Star Premier, and the tenacious Roswell Santos, all of whom carry momentum from standout league campaigns.


Group B features SDSC Surf, who boast a potent attacking front, along with the technically sound Arizona Soccer Club, rising Eastern power OCLN, and Charlotte SA, who proved difficult to break down throughout the season.


In Group CNEFC Central brings an efficient style of play to match up with Central Coast AcademyGFI, and DPLO standout Carolina Velocity FC, who will be eager to show they belong among the top-tier DPL clubs.


Group D is arguably the most unpredictable. Georgia Impact enters with national pedigree, but must contend with Chicago Empire FCSoCal Reds FC, and NM Rapids, each capable of upsetting the bracket with a disciplined game plan and explosive moments.


The semifinals are scheduled for June 28, with the championship match on June 29. With elite players on every roster and national rankings to defend, the U14 Super Group is poised to deliver some of the most exciting soccer of the entire Finals week.


Rising Stars Set to Battle in DPL U14 Championship Division


MINNEAPOLIS, MN — While the Super Group commands much of the spotlight, the U14 Championship Division at the 2025 DPL Finals is filled with rising teams eager to prove they belong among the nation’s best. With twelve teams split across three groups, this division is a proving ground for clubs on the verge of national breakthrough.


Group A is headlined by Inter Atlanta FC, a well-rounded side with pace and poise in every line. They are joined by 2011 Lady Rangers956 UnitedUnion KC, and RSL-AZ North (DPLO)—a wildcard entry with a history of frustrating higher-ranked teams.


In Group BCali Rise and Western United Pioneers each bring momentum and dynamic midfield play, while ALBION SC Riverside (DPLO) adds defensive resilience and a proven ability to grind out results.


Group C includes RSL EP (DPLO)—a consistently strong program at the DPLO level—Wasatch SC, and LSA Gold, both of whom have turned heads with their development this season and will be looking to finish strong on the national stage.


The format advances the top teams from Groups B and C to face off in the semifinals, with the winner then challenging the top team from Group A in Sunday’s final. With many teams boasting strong records and key players ready for their moment, the U14 Championship is wide open—and full of talent worth watching.
