National Glory Awaits as U19 Teams Prepare for Their Final Chapter

Minneapolis, MN – For the nation’s top U19 players, the 2025 DPL Finals mark a powerful crossroads: a final chapter for graduating seniors and a defining showcase for juniors entering the height of their college recruitment journey. The U19 Super Group, comprised of 14 elite teams, kicks off June 24 at the National Sports Center in Minneapolis, with a National Championship—and lasting memories—on the line.

Sting SC and Sporting CT enter the event among the highest-ranked programs in the country. Sting boasts a +49 goal differential this season with only four goals allowed, while Sporting CT has demonstrated attacking consistency, scoring in every league fixture.

LFA Blue Star (MO) and Cali Rise (CA) both bring strong resumes to Group B. LFA’s defensive unit has been one of the best in the country, while Cali Rise enters with a +31 goal differential, making them a dark horse for the knockout rounds.

Group C includes Rangers FC South, the No. 2 ranked team in the DPLO National Rankings, as well as SUSC Maine, a defensive powerhouse allowing fewer than one goal per game across the season. Rounding out the group is El Paso Surf, whose attacking trio has tallied 42 goals this year, and ALBION SC Atlanta, a high-pressing side that has gained momentum late in the spring.

Meanwhile, Fox Soccer AcademyWasatch, and Broomfield Blast—each with recent impressive regional performances—are all vying to disrupt expectations. CFA OC (CA) and OCLN bring in youth and talent in a transitional year, setting up a tournament packed with both experience and emerging stars.

The semifinals and championship matches on June 28–29 are expected to be fiercely contested. For seniors, it’s a shot at finishing their DPL journey with silverware. For juniors, it’s a national stage to earn attention from college programs watching closely from the sidelines.
