Targeted at U13 and U14 teams, this tier provides a starting point for clubs with strong younger players, focusing on talent development and foundational growth.

OPEN:

For U13-U19 age groups, the OPEN level is designed for clubs ready to compete across all six age groups while pursuing a pathway to full DPL status.

FULL STATUS:

Reserved for elite clubs with established success, this level represents the pinnacle of the Emerging Talent Pathway, offering access to National Championship opportunities and the highest levels of competition.
